Incredible experience! I was trying to fix the faucet myself...and it went from bad to worse real fast. I spent two days researching and learning, trying to do it myself, to no avail and a lot of water under my sink. They were able to come out the same day and help! I was in contact with Veronica, who was very professional, understanding, and responsive. Nick came to our house and was just amazing. He explained in layman's terms whatever I needed to understand; he was patient during the "family facuet discussion" (ha ha), very professional, polite, and completed the job very quickly...I was astonished, to say the least. I can't say I remember needing to call for professional plumbing help in a LONG time...and was concerned about the prices and if I trust them, etc. This company you CAN trust! I was expecting to have to pay twice as much as I did (prior to me visiting their website, etc.). I can't say enough good things about my experience. I am so very grateful that a company of this caliber is in Corona!!! Thank you again, Nick and Veronica, for everything!

The staff at OneStop Plumbers is very professional. I've had them come out for several different issues and have always been satisfied with the outcome. Reasonable prices, however more importantly they know their stuff. As funny as that sounds, I've had other plumbers in the past that just didn't seem to be qualified. I know have them saved in my contacts for any emergencies that may pop up in the future.

I had a great experience with One Stop Plumbers Leak Detection and highly recommend them! I called them in the late evening because I had a slab leak. Veronica was very helpful! She told me they fix slab leaks all the time and would send out a plumber. The plumber Nick was very professional, clean, friendly and wore little booties. I was amazed Nick detected and found the cause of the slab leak in 15 minutes. Nick is an excellent plumber that can work magic! I couldn't be happier

I cannot say enough about OneStop Plumbers. First time using them, they answered the phone when I first called, made an appointment, did reminder call before hand with window of arrival time. I'm the landlord of the project site and was able to handle from off site. Repair was called in to me for verification and was told I'd receive an invoice. They did the work without needing payment up front. The Tech who performed the work was professional and pleasant to deal with. From scheduling same day appointment to arriving on time OneStop Plumbers deliver what they say! Wade arrive on time very courteous and knowledgeable! Showed him the leak area took a look check and measure walls where moisture and knew exactly where to open the drywall and repaired the pinhole by changing a piece of the pipe. This is the second time i have used their service; they don't stop to amaze me. This business has an outstanding work ethics; Conrad and Ryan were such a great help and were lovely persons to deal with. They were on time, very professional, and extremely helpful. what impresses me the most is that they provide you with different options to fix the problem and let you decide on the option that works best for you. MY FAVORITE PLUMBING COMPANY CAME THROUGH AGAIN!!! My 30 year old water heater finally decided to give way and started to leak. I immediately knew who to call and submitted an email on Sunday afternoon for service and was given a call early Monday morning to confirm service that same day. The technician they sent out was named Joe, who showed up on time to diagnose the issue and quickly gave me his recommendation to replace the whole unit. He came prepared with a brand new water heater in his van and began the replacement job which took about 2 hours. Joe was extremely professional, patient, and reliable. Overall, I've used this company twice in the past and have always had a great experience with them. You can't put a price on quality and service. Another 5 star experience here!

Nick was very professional and very personable. He came out on time and finished the job in under two hours. They did what they said they were going to do without any additional cost. The quote was right on. The water heater was installed neatly and correctly without a mess. I definitely recommend One Stop Plumbers. I will use them as my plumber from now on!

They called before coming, and did a great job. They had all of the tools and equipment they needed, neat and clean during the removal of the old toilet and installation of the new toilet. They verified there were no leaks before applying caulking around the base. Did a final clean and flush. Good to go!!

I’m a local Realtor and used OneStop plumbers for the first time. Communication was great from start to finish. The plumber they sent out was knowledgeable, quick and efficient in solving our plumbing issues. They are very good on price too. I’ll be calling them again if the need arises

7-18-2012 It been a week and have not heard back from OneStop Plumbers. My rating stands firm at 3 stars at best! 7-12-2012 I wrote to following review upon OneStop Plumber request and they called to check if there's something they can do to resolve my stained driveway by txting they a picture and I did. On 7/11/2012 Ryan arrived promptly for the booked time slot. He provided excellent work in removing the old water heater due to extremely tight space. Ryan is very efficient in installing the new water heater. I am very happy with the work so far. I would have given a full 5 stars for OneStop Plumbers if it was not for the inconsiderate finishing work. Ryan drains the rusty water from the old water heater right in my driveway. I didn’t think much of it at the time, but a day later when it was all dry and left my driveway with rust stains everywhere. For that I deducted 2 stars and gave a final score of 3 stars.

One Stop Plumbers is amazing and so easy to work with. From the very first call they were kind, knowledgeable and professional. Conrad was the first person that came out and he was amazing to work with and followed up with me even after a different tech did the repair. All the girls in the office are kind and helpful! Definitely recommend!!
