EXCELLENTVerified Jacob and Cesar are really professional and prompt! Analyze all the steps to divide and conquer the problems We have two sinks that are under the draining problem and one of them needs the snake tool to pull the residue. Major leaking is the downstairs wall where near the kitchen that has the main pipe of 3 inches drains the majority of waters from the toilets and sinks. Thank you Jacob!Posted on YelpVerified I think they did a good job, but their services are very very expensive. Kyle and Conner were both extremely nice and very professional. They were both very knowledgeable and thorough. I had a complicated situation and they did a good job troubleshooting the issue. However, their pricing is very expensive! They charge $400 an hour labor, which I think is outrageous! After they left, I compared their pricing to the pricing of my regular plumber, who was unable help me this time. After charging $400 for a smoke test, One stop plumbers charged an additional $276 to reset my toilet and replace the wax ring. My regular plumber would have charged $190. One stop plumbers charged an additional $275 (they originally quoted $350, but I negotiated them down to $275) to replace the flange to make it level with the floor. Keep in mind the toilet was already picked up and set aside from the first $276 I spent. My regular plumber said if the toilet was already up and off, it's "no big deal" to replace the flange and he wouldn't have charged that much more. When I expressed to Conner that I felt the total of $1000 seemed very expensive for what they were doing, he ensured that their pricing was much lower than most plumbers and that I was welcome to get estimates. But of course, my toilet was already off and we were already knee-deep in the process. So I let them finish the job. When they were leaving, they checked the pressure on my outdoor water source and discovered it was too high and the pressure regulator needs to be replaced. They quoted me $532 to replace it with one just like it. My regular plumber is coming tomorrow to do it for $275 so, I think one stop plumbers did a good job, but I do feel their pricing is very high. If you have an unlimited budget, then you can feel comfortable hiring them to do a good job. I knew I wanted a plumber to come out at 5pm so it was helpful to see their availability and right away I saw that they had 4-6pm slot available. Then I got a confirmation by text of my appt. Then a real live person (Ashley) called me to get more info about what service we needed and I was able to tell her I might not be home until 5pm, so she notified her plumber. Communication was great and the plumber got the job done so fast. And they didn't try to upsell us anything!
